I'm flattered that you like it so much, but my answer is unfortunately no.
All the wallpapers at my site are sort of my babies and I don't want that
anything is altered in them. Plus I also have strong belief that layout
graphics should be designed initially to be part of a layout 'cause
wallpapers turned into layouts don't usually make good layouts basically
because they aren't designed to be one. And doesn't using of your own
graphics feel much better than borrowing someone else's?

How can I do site like yours?
Well, you need to learn HTML and to use graphics software. Web is full of tutorials for both. Just type "HTML tutorial" into Google and off you go.

I have done Content and Media ITP programme, and been a member of communications committee of my uni (which is responsible of KY's advertising), but still I think I have learnt most of the things by myself by reading tutorials in the web and playing with software.

Well, I got PSP 7 in April 2002, and made my first (really horrible!) site probably in May if I remember right.

No, unless you pay for the work, but I can make exceptions with friends.

No, you can't. I have disabled that feature, so don't even try.

I'm not a HTML guru, I'm sure that web is full of tutorials and forums concentrated on HTML. Consult them. Lissa Explains it All is a good starting place.
Can you make me a collage/wallpaper?
Sorry, no. I make my art first of all for myself if someone else likes it too that's fine, but I don't do it especially for others. I sometimes might make something for my friends for as surprise gifts, but that's a whole other story. But sometimes wishing can increase my interest and put my imagination on move. And after few days there might be a new wallpaper about what you wished for. ;-)
